How long have you been in business?
Since 1988, which is hard to believe.
What is your primary product or service?
Creating whatever my clients need to promote their product or service. Those methods keep changing so I keep learning.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I was always interested in how businesses found customers, my uncle owned a funeral business and another uncle had a restaurant so the topic came up a lot around the family dinner table.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I am not wedded to one technology to make my clients successful. I get a few people that will come to me for a logo and what they really need is a database to market to their past clients. I work hard to find out what they really need and create that so their business will thrive and our relationship will continue.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I have one location in Rockville, Maryland at the artists & makers studios on Parklawn Drive

We are here 10-6 Monday through Friday but often meet with clients at other times. It is always best to schedule a visit since sometimes we are also out on location during our normal business hours.
