What is your primary product or service?
Repair of fine leather goods--shoes/boots, handbags, luggage,garments,small leather goods and so on. We specialize in designer quality goods, restoration of vintage items and reconditioning and re-glazing of exotic leathers.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
This is a family business started by Joe Fortuna in 1943
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are internationally recognized for the quality of our work
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We at one time had 7 locations in the DC metro area. We now have only 2 (7835 Woodmont in Bethesda and Fortunas.com on the WEB) We have done this so as not to dilute our quality and service

From Wisconsin Ave go West on Fairmont Ave, North on Woodmont Ave we are the 4th store on the left. Our parking is up the driveway that is on the north side of our store
